These images are selected from a larger pool of photos called Angelic Objects, since they were taken on an Illinois vegetable farm called Angelic Organics. I did not set out to do black and white by intention, it just occurred to me as a way to emphasize the mechanical nature of the subjects and push living things into the background.

I have no idea what to title these pics. I know what they all are (indeed I have used a lot of this equipment personally), but I think one's experience of them as basic instances of machinery is more important than their exact identity.

I am working on another set (with different subjects) which will involve purging color only from the nonliving portion and emphasise the living ones.
